REFUND & WARRANTY POLICY

Policy for Returning Adult Products

At Lyndy Lou we implore you to please choose carefully before you buy. Due to the obvious health and hygiene considerations associated with our products, we are unable to offer an exchange policy if after use you change your mind about any adult products that you order from us.

Faulty Products

For faulty products, we are able to offer a 30 DAY REPLACEMENT WARRANTY from the date you receive your product.

We do NOT offer a satisfaction guarantee on any of our products. We will, however, always do our best to keep our customers happy and satisfied. If you are unhappy with the quality of a product, please get in touch with a member of our customer service team to discuss the problem.

If you receive a faulty product, it will be replaced with an identical product.

If for any reason we are unable to replace the product, we will offer you the option of choosing another product of the same value, or provide you with a refund for the total value of the faulty product.

Check-List Before Returning your Adult Product

So as to avoid any potential issues with non-faulty products being returned, we first ask you to follow a few simple testing points before returning any toy:

  • Make sure you are using the correct batteries
  • Make sure the batteries have been inserted correctly
  • Try new batteries
  • Make sure battery connectors are not wet or have moisture
  • Hold controls for 3-5 seconds to turn on
  • Contact our Customer Service Team for troubleshooting tips

If after completing the check-list your product still fails to work, please return the item to us.
